Monday night's bootcamp was the hardest one I've done yet. I definitely had to go at my own pace for a lot of the hour. That's one of the main reasons I like bootcamp. It really is for all fitness levels. You have the flexibility of taking it to whatever level you are comfortable with. I have a friend who is in great shape and loves to exercise (which I have a hard time wrapping my head around) and I know she would have loved the challenge of the same workout that gave me such a hard time.

Since this was the beginning of my fourth week, I had Jennifer measure my body fat. If you remember, I started at 36%. I'm now at 34.6%, so I've lost 1.4%. I'm ok with that, but I want to have lost more. I know one of my problems is my inability to consistently keep a food journal. So, even though I'm getting my exercise in, who knows how many calories I'm putting in my body. The good news is that I have started buying healthier foods for snacks and for making lunch with. So, I have all of the tools I need, I just need the motivation to stick to the food plan and write it ALL down. Even the cookies... Anyone have any ideas on how to stick with keeping a food journal? Please help!
