Today was the first day of boot camp at the new location in Port Orange. I'm so happy to have bootcamp practically in my back yard. I walked to bootcamp! We all met at Port Orange Elementary and got down to business. Angie put us through the ringer. Lots of cardio and legs. I used to hate working my legs, but since I started bootcamp a month ago, I've noticed a difference in my legs and rear end. So, legs are my favorite now, lol!
I haven't seen much movement on the scale, but I also haven't been real strict on the eating plan. But I'm happy with the progress I've made in such a short amount of time. Speaking of progress, I was able to do something tonight that I wasn't able to do before: plank push-ups. Tonight I was able to move back and forth on my toes when before, I couldn't. The best I could do was to just hold the plank for a couple of seconds at a time. I feel really good about that. It's all about baby steps for me!
