What if I'm not very physically fit?
Where is the location we will meet?
What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: Core conditioning, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, sport yoga, fitness kick boxing, pilates, sport drills, obstacle courses, surprises, and more!
How often will we meet?
Participants will meet three, four or five days per week for one hour during the three-week program. *4 and 5 day options only available at the 5:45 AM class in Ormond.
What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, one set of small hand weights (3, 5 or 8 lbs), water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure.
What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.

You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!

After starting camp, many women realize how fun and convenient it is so they request to sign up for more days. In addition, they realize that the more days they attend camp the greater the results. In these situations, you will simply be pro-rated from the point you decide to join us for more days.
As a scholar athlete in high school and college, she competed at both the state and national level in dance. She has most recently competed in road races, marathons, and triathlons.
She brings over thirteen years of experience in the health and fitness industry and a passion for helping others pursue and achieve their goals while effectively leading them to a healthy more fulfilling way of life.

As owner of Ormond Adventure Boot Camp For Women, Jennifer leads campers in a three or four-week outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. Campers will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout.
