Welcome Back Campers!

Welcome Back Monday Night:

So it was nice to be back to the Boot Camp Grind if you will, don’t get me wrong running bridges and Beach St on my week off is fun!! But there is something special about having a trainer just beat you up and push you out of your comfort zone. Michelle aka Under Armour has really been getting me motivated these last few weeks she feeds off of us when we are working hard she works us harder, she is really good at knowing when to push you some more and when to give you space(for fear of a death stare which is why she wears her Hater Blockers). Love me some Boot Camp!!!

For those of you who are running/walking this weekend’s 5k please don’t stress or be nervous, try and be excited as we have to know how bad we are to one day look back to see how far we have come. What I am trying to say is most of us are not Olympic Athletes we are moms, dads, boyfriends or girlfriends, we didn't get out of shape over night but this is a really neat opportunity for us to find our starting point. So the next time we do a 5k we will have a challenge in front of us, don’t be concerned with the idea of a RACE, focus on racing yourself push yourself harder than you think you can go and then push a little bit more. Just pretend Jennifer, Michelle, Kelli or Angela is right there pushing you to be your best, I know each of you have had a moment at Boot Camp where you didn't think you can do one more Rep and the trainer encourages you to do more and in that moment you realize you are capable of reaching higher.

Stay Moving My Friends
