
Wednesday morning's total body boot camp was intense. I haven't been to boot camp in like 3 weeks, and boy it sure kicked me in the butt! The next morning, every muscle in my body was sore! I can't believe how much stamina you lose in just 3 weeks of not working out. It was an amazing workout over all. We did a little bit everything, just enough to work every muscle in my body and be sore the next day! I'll be sure to not take 3 weeks off again!!
