May 12th.... It's All Core, All the Time! Written by Jodi, from the Port Orange class.
Tonight's session was all about your CORE! Groups of 4 did 4 different exercises and most of them were associated with your core. No time to get bored because we essentially ended up doing about 16 different exercises. Lots of planks and exercises where you start out on your mat and end up in a standing position. SO VERY HARD! I am waiting for the day where I can do it in a nice fluid movement! I am so weak in my core so I really need to work on this! I'm hoping for some more Cardio in later sessions. Once again, the breeze god was with us tonight! Lets hope this trend continues as long as possible because it's only going to get hotter!
