Today was ‘100’ day…and it’s just as grueling as it sounds. You’re expected to do 100 reps of every exercise that is on the list of things to do. I did, however, kind of like it! I know that sounds very sadistic and strange coming from someone who hates to exercise, but I actually surprised myself and did much, much more than I thought I could do. I also liked it because the next time we do ‘100’ day I’ll be able to see how much more I can do than what I did today. It’s just another way for me to gauge how much more physically fit I’m getting and I’m finding that I really appreciate having other motivating factors other than the scale. I have gone from weighing every day, to weighing about once a week (which is slightly more mentally healthy, lol). Call it a breakthrough or whatever you want, but I’m becoming less and less reliant on the scale for personal satisfaction…which is exactly what Angie has been trying to ingrain in my head for the last several weeks. Geez, I think this stuff is actually starting to work.

So, another session starts on Monday, May 3rd in Port Orange. I'll see you there!
