Great news...I've got muscles! I mean, I KNEW I had muscles. They have just been hiding until recently. I just found some on my arms! It's very cool to see results!
Tonight's session was tough, but went quickly. We did stations where each station consisted of four exercises and we did each exercise for two minutes at a time. Now, I love doing stations. Time flies when you're doing stations. I mean, I can do anything for two minutes. Well...maybe not jumping jacks just yet. But Angie told me I could modify after I gave her a full minute of real jumping jacks. Conveniently, Angie "forgot" to tell me when I had done my first minute, so I ended up doing more real jumping jacks than I intended. Very sneaky, that girl. She really does push me to do more than I think I can. I feel that's one of the best things about bootcamp. You don't get away with too much, and believe me, I try, lol!
