Stop giving yourself the leftovers!

Thursday Night.
I loved this workout it was 75% weights, with some obstacle course and jump rope mixed in. If you weren't at class last night you totally missed out on a great workout. This morning I started coughing and man my abs are sooooo sore. We had a lot of fun last night even though there wasn't much talking because of the design of the workout it was go at your own pace so everyone was at different stages. I guess since I am one of the people that talks the most I bring it on myself, but for whatever reason Kelly was all over me last night. Matt do another one, Matt go faster, Matt why are you giving me the death stare we haven't even started(in my defense I was just looking at her w/ a serious face while she explained the workout), come on Matt, lets go Matt. So lesson to all you readers out there if you don't want to be called out don't be the class clown LOL. I really do love going to Boot Camp my energy levels are ten times what they were before I started, I am really progressing. Again I want to encourage anyone that has never come or maybe you have come and for whatever reason stopped coming, get up today and sign up for either this Saturday's class or be there for Monday's class. Don't wait for a new session to begin as you will find plenty of excuses between now and then. As Katie said to me recently "Matt for so long I have taken care of everything and everyone and have loved all of it, but I forgot about myself." Now she makes herself and Boot Camp a priority.
STOP GIVING YOURSELF THE LEFTOVERS!!
