It's Addicting...
WOW!!
Wednesday was Intense!! First let me give props to those who decided that they would do a Fit Test BEFORE class began. Brent, Brian, Jim, Nikki, Beth and Sharon, Sunny attempted to but due to a counting error decided to step down ;) These brave six did as many Sit ups and push ups in 1 minute as they could, then ran a mile as fast as they could. I am have really cool news all six runners finished their Mile run in UNDER 10:00 minutes, great job Gang the fastest time was 7:28. Sounds like a good workout to me but these individuals decided to really push themselves and stay for the regular session( they must be addicted to Bootcamp).
Michelle brought the pain last night folks, I am still fighting my cold and let me tell you normally I am joking around with the gang but not last night I was hanging on for dear life. My goal was to just finish the class, i actually surprised myself even though during the running I could barely breath I pushed through. Something really cool is happening with the group we are all getting dialed in and we have actually started to realize when someone needs that extra little push.
As far as tonight goes Kelli(the Thursday night Trainer) is so excited about tonight's class that starting on Tuesday she was posting on facebook and sending the whole class emails. Which honestly scares me, I have no idea what she has cooked up in that little Energizer Bunny Head of hers. I am sure tomorrow's Blog will have many great stories, hopefully I will be able to type.
