
May 20th 5:30 pm boot camp....
Well tonight was the last session of my first boot camp! I made it through! Once again, Angie gave us a really great workout! We did 3 different exercises in sets of threes for 1 minute each. For instance, we did step ups for 1 min. then tricep dips for 1 min. then shoulder presses for 1 minute. Some of them included running at a sprint for 1 minute. Then we spent some time "sitting" on the wall which had my thighs burning! We finished up with some ab work. Once again, I LOVED it!
I'm coming back during the off week and will also be doing June's boot camp. I'm so glad I made the leap to join but it wouldn't have been without Mandy Burfield.
