September is Self Help Month...how can we help YOU??

It is never too late to start a work out program to best build toward your goal of improved self image. Its not rocket science to know that when you look great, you feel great! We know sometimes its hard to work out when you havent for a while....or never have. Its intimidating and the sheer anxiety of putting on any workout wear can be terrifying! We have all been there!

Start your first step today and join us this week at Ormond Boot Camp for Women. Here you will be surrounded by women who have like minded goals...if nothing else, we are all a little crazy because we get up so early to work out but nice all the same!

Each day is different, and that shakes things up and you are MORE than encouraged to work at your own pace. Say it with me, there is always a variation to whatever exercise and any level you are doing! Take a deep breath and start a new direction and come join us! You will be amazed how wonderful you will feel!
