Wait, didnt we already do lunges??


Happy Monday! Meredith here, join me as I go through the process of making it through Ormond Boot Camp! Today begins Week 2...and I still am trying to go at it with as much gusto as possible. I am 5'9" and I have only a slight idea how much I weigh...lets face it...the scale will never say 125 like I want it to...so why go through the mental agony of what the number says. So, I do the how the clothes fit test...not the best gauge I agree...but let me live in my fantasy world, ok?? This weekend I grabbed my jeans to go to dinner and LOW AND BEHOLD...they were a little big! That was enough incentive to get up this morning!

Today was Legs day...a new obstacle course. a ton of lunges and leg work! OWWWW! But, I am getting really good at talking myself into not getting discouraged or distracted. If you were in my head, you would laugh. It sounds like this: I can do this... its just an hour... think of the benefits... oh my god you have to be kidding me... i like this song.... look at all the stars...stop getting distracted...I have to fold laundry...STOP getting distracted...oh goody, we are in the final stretch...and on it goes... I had a little issue today and had to slow down a little but I kept moving...like Jennifer said, youd be in bed if you werent here so at least you are moving...Good Point!
