What have you done this week?
Off Week:
Hello all, I wanted to share with you guys that Beth, Katie & myself have met at the Bridge a few times this week. We have had a lot of fun this week mostly cardio walking the bridge running the Docks and running Beach St. I hope to hear from you all in regards to what you have been doing to stay busy. As it is extremely busy to keep moving on our off weeks, this is a great opportunity to take the dogs for a walk throw your kids in a stroller and walk/run or even take your older kids to a field throw a frisbee kick a soccer ball, heck go clean up the beach. I am sure you get the point the important thing is that you are out LIVING LIFE to the fullest. No more giving yourself the crumbs of a hectic week, stand up and fight for yourself. I hope to see all of you starting your training for the 5k, see you Monday!!!
