Two is better than one!

Wednesday Night.
Whoever said two is better than one never experienced the exercise that Jennifer Labonte designed for our class last night. So after our warm up and stretch period Michelle says pick a partner and pick a station, so each station had two workouts. Brent and I team up we started on Body Builders & Upright Rows, I did rows while he did body builders for one minute then we did 25 jumping jacks then we switched exercises. We did that twice then a one minute run then we came back and were fortunate enough to switch to a new station to start the process all over again ;) Oh yeah there were 8 or 9 stations, so you can imagine how awesome it was. Funny story happened to me there was this EVIL workout that involved a huge blue ball while laying on the ground, needless to say on my first rep my right Hamstring felt like it was going to rip off the bone and Michelle comes over trying to get me to do some reps so she is now assisting me I am LOL trying to tell her that my Hammy is tightening up and I need to stop but Brent was making me LOL so she just thought I was being difficult. Finally I stopped LOL so I could tell her I can't do it, she then helped stretch me out but man those 30 seconds were pretty funny.
It was a very fast paced intense organized workout, these boot camp trainers are awesome, I have not once done the same workout yet and I am in the middle of my third session. So not only do they push you they keep it fresh they modify the workouts for your ability and or injury status( example my bad knees they always have an alternate for me if I need it). So no matter what type of shape you are in good or bad, no matter how many past injuries you have had Ormond Boot Camp will work for and with you and your individual needs. Come check us out Thursday Nights class will be insane in a great way.
