Hello Bootcamp Bloggers,
My name is Matt I am about to start my second Full Boot Camp Session I have officially completed 1.5 sessions. I decided to attend one day and I have been hooked ever since, over the last 5-6 weeks I have dropped 21lbs. I am 31, Full time worker, with two toddler kids and my wife is pregnant with our third(and final), so I have plenty of excuses just like you not to attend. BUT, six weeks ago I stood up for myself and decided that the excuses are no logger good enough. My Laziness and plain Apathy were keeping from living a happy and healthy life and all it costs me besides a small fee is for me to commit three hours per week for three weeks. Add all that up people and all you have to initially commit to is 9 HOURS per month, sounds pretty pathetic to me when I replay that in my mind, I let my excuses talk me out of 9 Hours a month. but, not anymore. All I am trying to encourage you to do is commit to NINE HOURS this month to start getting Healthy.
I will not promise you that you want be sore or that you won't want to quit or that everything will be perfect and just wonderful, BUT I will promise you this if you commit to a full session you will start to feel changes in your body and your mind. You will start to have more energy, you will start to make better choices in what you feed your body, you will start to love and absolutely know that you can not do without your NINE hours of bootcamp. You will actually start making time for walks, runs, swims, playing outside with your children or pets.
Bootcamp is helping me change my life one day at a time, it's time for you to do the same, contact one of the trainers immediately so that you can start your Journey.
