How I celebrated National Health and Fitness Day!


Hello Boot Campers, let me start by saying that the reason I didn't post about Thursday nights workout was because my fears came true, I was part of the Perfect Storm! Now you might be saying I didn't hear about a storm on Thursday night and that is because you didn't come to class. Jennifer designed a routine that border lined something you would see performed as torture to some bad guy in a dark cold dungeon, and Mrs Kelly was the executor of said torture and man did she execute that exercise to perfection. In all seriousness the workout was really hard and intense but it was so awesome, they really do push us so much harder then we are willing to push ourselves without them so please ladies please keep up the great work.
Today was my first Saturday class and WOW it was so worth it. I got to meet some cool new faces Jessica and Norma you Gals did awesome keep up the great work at the morning class. Also I saw some of my 5:30pm Ormond Crew, Brian & Beth you guys killed it especially for a Saturday, I think Brian officially woke up once we started stretching, and Beth is really hitting new levels really cool to see fellow campers advance in their fitness. It wasn't too hot and there was a really nice Breeze, the session was hard but real good, we did a little bit of everything. There was an obstacle course to break up the exercises, nothing like getting a break by doing a 4 minute obstacle course(thanks Jennifer). Looking forward to another amazing session Monday, have a great weekend my friends.

I want to encourage anyone that is reading to get up and do something today make a change don't wait for Monday to come, don't waste another day you can do it I promise!!!!
