Cardioooooo oooh it hurtssss sooooo good....

It is UNNATURAL that is 95 degrees out in the second week of October. This is just ridiculous. But at 5:30 am it was humid for sure but off we go. Jen proudly announced that today was cardio, cardio, nothing but cardio. I absolutely hate hate hate cardio....how is that for being positive! But according to any fitness guru will tell you, you can lift weights till you are blue in the face (hey, we told you to breathe!!) but you will never lose that extra weight if you dont raise that heart rate. So, just like eating your vegetables kids, on we went with our cardio hour. Thankfully, as usual the hour went by very very quickly...and afterwards, I felt soooo good! Its a love, hate thing really....

Tomorrow I am promised a full body work out! Hope everyone is thinking about the cooler weather that will be here soon, and that will motivate you to get moving. This would be a good time to remind you that most Christmas parties are less than two months away! I am full of good news today, huh!

If you bring a work out buddy you will receive 1/2 on your boot camp session....now that is motivation!
