What was my ADVENTURE today? Today I woke at 4:45 (which in itself is always an adventure), had an awesome adventure of a boot camp class, did 45 minutes of elliptical and then I met up with some friends I haven’t seen in a really long time. I cleaned the house (OK, this is an adventure I could do without!) I ate a healthy lunch and chased my kids around the house (well, they mostly chased me! I always think I’m in great shape until the game of freeze tag begins). Soon I’ll leave to watch my daughter’s soccer practice. I love watching those girls getting fit and strong. Although my day doesn’t seem like much, remembering that living the ADVENTURE is important. Thanks for being an integral part in making my life an adventure! You’re the best!
